During the height of the pandemic, AIG Travel launched an employee ideation program asking employees to think big. The objective was to gather employee’s ideas on how to better improve products, services, or customer experience then workshop the best ideas into business-priority projects.

Whatever idea, no matter how large or small, was encouraged to be submitted. Our team developed a multimedia campaign to reach employees through every touchpoint while working from home during the pandemic.

The five-month campaign resulted in 39 projects, of which several concepts immediately came to fruition. Two major projects – encompassing aspects of several Idea Lab submissions – launched and became major priorities for the business.
